Your mission will be to transform complex data into clear, accurate, and actionable information that helps strengthen talent, people strategy, and the efficiency of the entire organization. **Why do we need you?** ---------------------------- * Migrate existing reports in SuccessFactors (Canvas and Table) to Story Reports, with improvements in accessibility, visualization, and consistency. * Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. * Translate data into insights that strengthen talent, engagement, and performance strategies. * Collaborate with the People team and global leaders to define needs, prioritize analyses, and ensure reports drive actionable decisions. * Create clear and intuitive dashboards. * Develop predictive models for topics such as turnover, engagement, and performance. * Prepare the quarterly Enterprise People Insights Report for the Executive Leadership Team (XLT). * Create and maintain the HCM Dashboard for the Board of Directors' People and Compensation Committee. * Support the Chief People Officer and senior leadership with requested analyses and reports. * Manage the data dictionary, report inventory, and integration inventory. * Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and reliability. * Propose improvements in data collection, integration, and analysis processes. * Stay updated on trends and best practices in People Analytics. **What do you need to succeed?** ------------------------------------ * Proven experience in data analysis within an HR context. * Proficiency in SuccessFactors and experience building reports (Canvas, Table, and Story). * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including end\-to\-end dashboard development. * Ability to navigate, extract, and manipulate data from SuccessFactors. * Experience connecting Power BI with SuccessFactors. * SuccessFactors Story Reporting (nice to have) * Advanced English, both verbal and written. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams, as well as work independently. * Data mindset: structured thinking, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making. * Advanced Excel skills.
