




Responsibilities: Handling of internal and external claims, including insured parties and/or initial beneficiaries, ongoing cases, and providing support for any questions they may have regarding claim reporting. Assigning external adjusters in business lines where applicable. Tokenization of banking data (card numbers) from our insured clients. Assigning correct policies and codes according to coverage in claims, in applicable business lines. Preparation of daily reports on handled cases and follow-up. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree in economic-administrative fields Intermediate Excel skills 1 year of experience in administrative areas such as document reception, information analysis.
