Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Receive and analyze business requirements to propose and guide production while ensuring the stability of existing business processes, using agile methodologies. **Responsibilities:** * Draft user stories with business rules to ensure the requirement is fulfilled according to business expectations. * Gather business requirements through working sessions to develop solution proposals aligned with requirements and technical feasibility, understanding the impact of changes on the ecosystem under your responsibility. * Ensure business requirements are technically feasible by validating them during user story definition with relevant cross-functional areas. * Create end-to-end process flow diagrams. * Analyze business processes. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering. Language: Basic English. Type and Duration of Experience: Minimum 3 years executing projects using Agile methodology. Knowledge of auto claims and damage processes (desirable); experience with AI-powered tools (desirable). 3 years of experience in IT.
