Program Manager (PM) Profile: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * 5 years of experience in a similar position. * Advanced English proficiency. * Work location: Mexico City – (Reforma); hybrid model (3 days per week on-site). Key Objectives: * Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. + Act as the central coordinator for programs. + Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives. + Resolve dependencies and ensure effective assignment. Key Responsibilities: * Bridge between strategic oversight (Portfolio Level) and tactical execution (POD Level). + Coordinate a group of PODs within a strategic initiative. + Align and prioritize the backlog according to the strategic initiative. + Manage risks and dependencies. + Define key POD role requirements (e.g., Product Owner, SMEs). + Ensure achievement of OKRs. Main Tasks: * Develop and maintain the roadmap for the strategic initiative. + Optimize resource allocation. + Monitor program performance and generate reports. + Map stakeholders, align expectations, and secure engagement. + Foster a collaborative environment across POD teams. + Promote effective communication and team cohesion, address conflicts, and maintain a results-oriented environment.
