RES is currently seeking a **Wind Maintenance Technician(s) for the Vientos del Altiplano Wind Farm, located in Majoma, Zacatecas**
**Main responsibilities:**
\- Support and carry out corrective maintenance; responsible for monitoring and anticipating turbine failures by analyzing available operational data from the wind farm.
\- Identify failure issues and repair them in the shortest possible time, depending on the complexity of each task.
\-\- Assess risks related to occupational health and safety, as well as other risks to the management system within their area of responsibility.
\- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to the plan provided by their supervisor, meeting established deadlines.
\- Report documentation and completed work; must inform team leader and/or Supervisor for subsequent tracking and follow-up of tasks.
\- Complete checklists for each job performed.
\- Submit work reports through the internal platform.
\- Perform alignment of multi-drive and generator.
**Requirements:**
\- Intermediate or higher technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.
\- GWO certification required.
\- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
\- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in O\&M at wind farms.
\- Valid driver's license.
\- Availability to travel.

We are looking for a **Technical Product Manager** to join our Brokerage Customer Experience team that operates at the intersection of Business, Architecture and Engineering. This role plays a critical function in transforming business\-defined goals into technical solutions by partnering closely with IT Architects, QA, and Development teams, while ensuring clarity, feasibility, and timely execution.
This role blends **technical product management**, **project coordination**, and **solution design** \- ideal for someone who enjoys orchestrating delivery across complex enterprise systems, without owning engineering resources directly.
**Responsibilities**
* Act as a liaison between Business, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
* Champion the customer experience by ensuring all technical solutions are designed with end\-user impact in mind, especially across UPS shipping systems and international applications.
* Translate business\-defined requirements ("what" / "Epic") into detailed functional requirements ("how" / "Feature").
* Partner with IT Architects to define solution approaches, integrations, and technical design.
* Oversee that epics, features user stories, and acceptance criteria are documented well, with a strong understanding of systems behavior and business logic.
* Support QA and development teams during build, test, and deployment phases.
* Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and status; escalate blockers as needed.
* Coordinate cross\-team activities and communication, ensuring alignment and transparency.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, documentation, and team practices.

* 3\+ years of Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, data flows, and enterprise application architecture.
* 3\+ years experience working with IT Architects to define technical solutions.
* 2\+ Years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, etc.).
Excellent documentation skills (Features, user stories, process flows).
* Strong communication and facilitation skills \- able to drive alignment between technical and non\-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with SDLC processes including QA, UAT, and production support coordination.
**Desired Skills**
* Background in logistics, brokerage business.
* Understanding of data modeling, reporting, or system integrations (e.g., ETL, APIs).
* Experience coordinating delivery across distributed or matrixed teams.
* Technical degree (CS, MIS, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

Resumen:
The International Operations Agent I, will report directly to the Operations Manager within the Operations department at the station. This position will be responsible for controlling International freight forwarding shipments into the USA and Mexico across all modes of transport per customer request. The International Operations Agent I is day\-to\-day responsibilities are operational monitoring, quoting and routing freight, tracking shipments, troubleshooting and overcoming operational challenges as well as assisting local sales and global offices with air and/or ocean export matters. The International Operations Agent, primary focus is providing a high\-level of excellent and quality customer service to all customers and vendors.

Responsabilidades:
* Operational Monitoring, key in the continuous oversight of shipments, routes, and logistics processes. From real\-time tracking to incident detection, your role will be essential in ensuring that every delivery meets the time, safety, and service standards that set us apart globally.
* Work with customers to qualify their shipping requirements and obtain all details (regulations, certificates, documentation) necessary for shipment quotation and operating in order to ensure the customer’s request is satisfied.
* Prepare profitable quotations accurately.
* Set shipping schedules and communicate with customers, deliverers, and ports to verify loading, departures and arrivals in a timely manner.
* Coordinate the day to day import and/or export of products, including reviewing orders and documents.
* Track and communicate all delays, damages, problems and work to resolve customer issues.
* Responsible for all aspects of air and/or ocean international operations such as customer service, data entry of shipments, operations and billing.
* Manage all aspects of tracking shipments to ensure shipment is moving as scheduled and update system immediately upon verification. Identify and rectify if a shipment has deviated from its schedule.
* Coordinate recovery/delivery schedules with various cartage agents and international partners.
* Partner with local sales teams to communicate problems to customers, international partners and other stations, as needed.
* Ensure all customers’ SOP instructions are adhered to and AIT KPIs and guidelines are followed and met.
* Ensure all shipments are properly billed within company guidelines and timelines.
* Process and comply with all requirements listed by regulatory agencies.
* Network with corresponding departments to ensure files are billed and posted prior to end of month
* Continuous learning through required compliance training and certifications of software and/or regulations.
