Requirements Experience: • Minimum 1–2 years in billing, logistics, collection scheduling, or customer service. • Preferred experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain companies. Technical Knowledge: • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). • ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or similar). • Billing processes and document control. • Route/collection planning and scheduling. Competencies: • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. • Organization and planning to meet established deadlines. • Effective communication with customers and internal departments. • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Responsibilities Billing: • Generate and validate invoices according to customer requests and export documentation. • Maintain control and filing of billing-related documents. Collection Scheduling: • Coordinate and schedule collections according to customer requests and operational capacity. • Monitor adherence to assigned schedules and routes. • Manage incidents in real time to ensure uninterrupted service. • Communicate confirmations and updates to customers and internal departments. Management and Analysis: • Prepare billing and scheduling reports for tracking and decision-making. • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collection timeliness and billing accuracy. • Propose process improvements to optimize costs and timelines. Customer Service and Internal Coordination: • Provide customer support regarding billing and scheduling matters. • Collaborate with operations, transportation, and customer departments to resolve discrepancies. • Ensure clear and timely communication.
