We are seeking a: **Senior Full-Stack Developer\-MEAN** **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2–3 days per week in Mexico City office) **Required Experience:** Minimum 4 years with MEAN or full-stack development **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js, and Express) * Implement backend solutions with Node.js and Express, ensuring efficiency, security, and performance. * Develop reusable frontend components in Angular, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience. * Integrate MongoDB databases and optimize queries to improve application performance. * Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software architectures and best development practices. * Document code, processes, and technical solutions to ensure traceability of developments. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum) and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and products. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in full-stack development using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js). * Solid knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation. * Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and object-oriented programming. * Experience in data handling and modeling with MongoDB. * Ability to work with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Knowledge of unit testing, continuous integration, and cloud deployment (Azure or AWS preferred). * Analytical capability to solve complex problems and optimize existing solutions. **We Offer:** * 100% nominal compensation structure. * Statutory benefits. * Benefits package. * Professional Development Plan. * Multicultural collaboration.
