PROGRAM MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field (Master's preferred). * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Program Manager, leading projects or programs within a structured organization. * Understanding of the product development lifecycle, from idea conception to market launch. * Strong project management skills; PMP certification preferred.
