We work with a wide range of clients across many industries including financial services, professional services, telecommunications and media, consumer products, automotive, industrial automation, professional sports and entertainment, life sciences, ecommerce, and education. **Project Manager UX and Optimization** **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and track work plans, schedules, and deliverables. * Coordinate planning, tracking (daily), retrospective, and progress review meetings. * Identify, escalate, and mitigate delivery risks, recognizing blockers and managing their resolution. * Document key decisions, agreements, workflows, and processes in tools such as Confluence. * Measure and report progress, KPI compliance, and initiative status to stakeholders. * Ensure consistent and clear communication among different teams and project levels. * Promote continuous improvement within the team, proposing process adjustments when necessary. **Role-Specific Responsibilities (UX and Optimization):** * Organize and manage UX area requests (Figma designs), ensuring they are complete, properly prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap. * Coordinate and structure the UX team’s weekly sprints, providing daily follow-up on deliverable progress. * Ensure each request is linked to a clear business objective or impact. * Coordinate tasks and deliverables for the Optimization area (A/B Testing), including front-end development tracking. * Provide visibility into the status of each project and drive initiatives through the workflow to publication or final delivery. **Required Tools:** * **Direct use:** JIRA, Confluence, Excel * **Indirect use:** Figma, Quantum Metric, Qualtrics, AB Tasty **Additional Requirements:** * Experience coordinating digital teams, preferably with UX/UI design deliverables and front-end development. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools. * Strong organizational, prioritization, tracking, and effective communication skills. * Desired experience managing A/B tests and optimization-focused digital products. * Hybrid modality in CDMX. Position: Digital Campaigns and Promotions Specialist Hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote **Responsibilities** ===================== * Coordinate end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and promotions. * Prepare, validate, and distribute promotion and point-of-sale rate files. * Collaborate with Revenue Product to define the rate families to be communicated in each campaign. * Align +14 involved teams (Digital Media, EMM, Social Media, Creativity, Production, Content, Design, Banks, E-commerce, Revenue Management, Revenue Product, Business Intelligence, Sales, among others). * Coordinate with external partners (Banks, AMRewards, AMVacations, Hertz) on benefits and interest-free months included in each promotion. * Draft and validate terms and conditions for each promotion in coordination with internal departments and legal. * Validate rates, T&Cs in materials, URLs, and copy across various channels, media, and platforms. * Manage production of assets (digital, offline, social, email, video) and copy for different channels. * Monitor daily launch execution. * Prepare reports, analyses, and historical metrics. * Communicate launches to Sales teams, Call Center, Travel Agencies, Agencies, SoMe, B2B, and internal departments, etc. Manage last-minute adjustments by re-coordinating validations and communications during campaign planning or active periods. * Coordinate internal communications with managers, ensuring correct dissemination of dates, priority markets, MG B2B/B2C, and final rates. **Experience** =============== * 3+ years in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
