We are looking for a **SCRUM Master** Requirements: HYBRID MODEL * Ensure delivery of value according to the Sprint Definition. * Facilitate Sprint execution based on planning and its objectives. * Reinforce transparency, communication, productivity, and efficiency in the workflow and within the team. * Guide people outside the agile team to understand which interactions can maximize the value created by team members and which cannot. * Plan the sprint (Sprint Planning) and committed deliveries (Release Plan). * Maintain focus on the sprint goal and eliminate interruptions affecting the sprint cadence. * Ensure a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done exist and are followed to maintain each Sprint’s scope. * Remove impediments blocking team members’ activities, identifying risks and impacts, then generating actions for proper management. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to generate the expected sprint value, meet product objectives, and clarify technical and functional ambiguities in user stories and their acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to evaluate and decide on requested changes to product planning during sprint execution, including capacity and acceptance. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Meeting, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Product Backlog Refinement), as well as present sprint status and the overall state of the solution being delivered. * Provide continuous feedback to the team with appropriate documentation. * Provide visibility into the team's completed and ongoing work using real-time enabling tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, others). * Generate sprint reports and metrics, promoting transparency and communication of progress across all organizational levels. * Conduct the project Kick-off. * Define the Sprint calendar (events, project sessions, working meetings, refinements). * Present sprint progress status and existing backlog status.
