Through its broad range of activities, Egis plays a central role in the collective organization of society and the living environment for citizens around the world. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Ensure compliance with policies and regulations regarding **Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)** on large-scale construction projects, guaranteeing protection for personnel, communities, and the environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement and monitor **EHS plans** in accordance with national and international regulations. * Supervise proper application of **workplace safety and risk prevention** measures on site. * Ensure compliance with **environmental, legal, and regulatory** requirements. * Coordinate **training programs in safety, health, and environmental management**. * Develop and monitor **EHS reports, audits, and performance metrics**. * Manage incidents, accidents, and continuous improvement plans. * Collaborate with civil works, energy, telecommunications, and industrial departments to integrate EHS standards. **Requirements** **Requirements** * **Minimum of 8 years' verifiable experience** in EHS management (environment, occupational safety and health) in infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors. * **Education:** Civil, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related field. + **Mandatory:** Professional degree (apostilled if studied abroad) and/or **Professional License**. * **Solid knowledge of:** + National and international occupational safety standards (STPS, OSHA, ISO 45001\). + Environmental regulations (SEMARNAT, ISO 14001\). + Occupational health and prevention programs. * Proficiency in **project management tools, auditing, and technical report writing**. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership in safety and environmental management. * Effective communication and multidisciplinary teamwork. * Critical thinking and preventive approach. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability.
