What You Will Do:* Support machinery and equipment buy\-off during new project launches * Validate machine settings after maintenance (when applicable) * Generate daily reports of results and analysis * Participate in the validation of manufacturing process improvements * Support improvement plans following the PDCA cycle and WJPS documentation * Create and update documents compliant with QMS requirements (White Book, PFMEA, WI, ISO 14001\) * Support root cause analysis for process and product issues * Document and analyze metrics such as efficiency, PPM’s, defects, failures, and scrap vs production * Support line balancing and process design/modification for quality, safety, and environmental compliance * Validate model changes in production with appropriate documentation * Participate in engineering changes (CRRN) and new projects * Comply with QMS, EMS, CSR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements * Stop production or shipments in case of any quality or safety risk * Execute corrective actions arising from customer complaints, audits, or other findings What We Are Looking For:* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field * 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes * Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Basic metrology * Problem-solving methodology * Organization and attention to detail * Basic English proficiency Bonus Points If You Have:* Experience in implementing process improvements * Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards * Prior participation in internal audits How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We look forward to meeting you!*Come join our global, inclusive \& diverse team* Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
