What You Will Do:* Support defect analysis, data collection, and failure documentation * Validate process conditions after machine changes, maintenance, or major adjustments * Assist in the creation and updating of documents such as work instructions, PFMEA, White Book, internal audits, etc. * Disassemble products classified as scrap and deliver them to production * Support implementation of engineering changes and line balancing * Participate in root cause analysis of process and product issues * Provide support in training and validating personnel on new processes * Understand and apply QMS, EMS, and CSR policies, promoting regulatory compliance * Participate in continuous improvement activities and follow-up on action plans (PDCA) * Coordinate with CFT (Cross Functional Team) to ensure optimal production conditions What We Are Looking For:* Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering or related field * 3 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing processes * Basic knowledge of metrology, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics * Proficiency with hand tools and software such as Office and CAD * Ability to interpret diagrams, industrial drawings, and technical manuals * Basic to intermediate level of English * Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental practices Bonus Points If You Have:* Experience with vision systems, sensors, drivers, PLC, LabVIEW * Participation in audits or certification processes * Familiarity with problem-solving and analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5W, etc.) * Experience in technical documentation under ISO/IATF standards How to Apply: Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com – We look forward to meeting you!*Come join our global, inclusive \& diverse team* Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
