We are looking for a **ServiceNow Developer** **Key Responsibilities:** * Create *workflows*, actions, and sub\-flows in Workflow Studio. * Create *topics* (subjects) in the Virtual Agent. * Work with *Document Intelligence*: use case creation, training, and implementation within a Virtual Agent topic. * Implement NLU (Natural Language Understanding) models in Virtual Agent topics. * Create tables. * Create connections and credentials. * Integrate SharePoint with ServiceNow, including downloading files from SharePoint within a workflow. * Send SSH commands from an action inside a flow. * Implement *scheduled flows*. * Create catalogs and *boards*. * Connect to Oracle and SQL Server databases. * Implement external APIs within workflows. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. * Intermediate English (conversational) * Experience with: + IT Service Management (ITSM) + Customer Service Management (CSM) + Service catalogs and request management + Flow Designer and workflow automation + Service Portal development + Virtual Agent (ServiceNow \+ OpenAI/ChatGPT) + IntegrationHub + CMDB configuration + Import Sets and Transform Maps + Development and scripting + JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions) + Glide API + Scheduled Jobs + UI Policies and Data Policies + REST & SOAP integrations + MID Server configuration + External integrations: JIRA, Remedy, Dynatrace * ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management * ITIL 4 certification * Other technologies: Node.js, Angular, React, .NET, SQL Server, Python, PHP, AI & Automation: OpenAI, ChatGPT * Preferred knowledge of the following modules: + App Engine + CSM + HRSD + SLO + RPA Hub **We Offer:** * 100% nominal compensation structure * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Additional benefits * Professional Development Plan * Multicultural collaboration We invite you to learn more about us at http://www.neoris.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram: @NEORIS.
