Face exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.** **Job Mission:** Provide field services and activities related to customer service, including meter removals, meter re-installations, and high-consumption reviews; also cover assigned on-call duties to respond to gas leaks, network damage, theft of installations, gas supply interruptions (in specific cases), fires, explosions, and gas odors; safeguard and maintain equipment under your responsibility in optimal condition to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and proper operational flow. **Your Impact:** As an **Emergency First Response Technician**, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities: **Attend to and execute daily assigned field services related to meter removals and re-installations.** **Generate necessary documentation records for assigned service orders.** **Respond to customer requests regarding high consumption by inspecting and diagnosing the meter, regulator, internal and external installations, and customer-connected equipment (stove, water heater, etc.), while also identifying possible reading errors.** **Requirements:** To join our team as an **Emergency First Response Technician**, we seek: * **Education and Experience:** Industrial Maintenance or related field. High school diploma or Technical degree in: Industrial Maintenance, Pneumatics or Mechanics; Basic Instrumentation or related field. 1 year of experience working with natural gas. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using tools and natural gas measurement equipment.
