This role does not merely design—it translates KPIs, insights, and paid media strategies into assets that connect, stop the scroll, and convert. You will play a key role in developing visual campaigns for sectors including real estate, automotive, corporate clients, and brand projects. Main Responsibilities \* Develop visual identities, creative concepts, and graphic guidelines for multichannel campaigns. \* Create designs for social media, high-conversion ads, commercial presentations, landing pages, and brand assets. \* Collaborate with the performance team to produce creatives aligned with CTR, CPL, ROAS, or engagement objectives. \* Design materials for key clients such as real estate developers, corporate companies, and premium brands. \* Rapidly translate ideas into creative, functional, and execution-ready assets under agency deadlines. \* Continuously propose disruptive formats, visual trends, and new design methodologies. \* Maintain visual consistency across all BRIX and client deliverables. \* Prepare final files for print, digital, or high-impact presentations.
