Ensure that all activities conducted comply with current internal standards, policies, and procedures. **Responsibilities** * Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank's broad relationships, systems, and expertise. * Maintain and improve the service level provided to Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Pension Funds, Savings Funds, Savings Boxes, Personal Retirement Plans, and other accounts requiring individual recordkeeping to ensure the quality of service delivered to clients. * Promote new and expanded business with existing clients through needs identification. Coordinate client-facing services provided by the Asset Management Department and the Individualization and Operations Management to present a single point of contact to the client, generating comprehensive solutions within the Institutional Investments area. * Promote new and expanded business within the Institutional Investments area across pension plans, savings and investment funds, strategic reserves, and other medium- and long-term investments requiring asset management, including those needing an individualized recordkeeping system. * Expand and strengthen business relationships with current clients, aiming to maintain client satisfaction levels and generate new business both with existing and new clients, acting as an intermediary between the client and the Sales and Marketing Department. This includes periodic client visits and meetings. Promote the sale of Institutional Investments products to prospects contacting us directly or referred by current clients, as well as across different areas of the Financial Group, to generate new business with current clients from other Group areas, enabling cross-selling and growth in revenues and managed assets. * Serve, support, advise, and train Institutional Investments clients; follow up on their requirements; strengthen business relationships; conduct overall evaluations of our service through frequent calls and periodic visits. * Improve profitability of the current client portfolio by identifying low-profitability clients and working to achieve the minimum income required by the Institutional Investments area—either by increasing business through additional products (Savings Fund, Savings Box, or Pension Plan) or by increasing asset values within existing contracts, or by charging fees for services provided. * Negotiate service fees with prospects and new clients according to each client’s individual circumstances and in accordance with established policies.
