Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain.**Job Responsibilities:** **Activities** * Manage collections across multiple clients and business units. * Monitor, process, and apply customer payment deposits. * Customer relationship management. * Data entry into the system. * Handle disputes with customers, logistics, quality, and sales teams. * Perform customer account reconciliations. * Negotiate payment plans with customers. * Identify delinquent accounts. * Review customer statements (SOA). * Manage intercompany processes. * Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable. * Track master data, controls, and compliance. * Ensure timely monthly accounting close and report generation. * Maintain continuous communication with global finance teams, ensuring alignment with internal policies and reporting standards. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Support process automation initiatives and continuous improvement. **Profile** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields. * +4 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience within multinational organizations, preferably in the automotive industry. * Solid knowledge of transactional financial processes in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and/or Accounts Payable. * Prior experience in "Shared Services", desirable. * Knowledge of general accounting principles and SOX controls. * Experience with SAP FICO, banking portals, and customer portals. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Advanced level of English. * High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. * Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments. * Service-oriented attitude, customer and detail focus, sense of urgency. * Proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively. * Certification or training in continuous improvement or "Lean Six Sigma" is a plus. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
