Our culture is characterized by care for work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Mission** Provide technical advisory to the company's customers to ensure correct installation and implementation of RGU products (ground support); attend to customer needs or orders to ensure timely delivery, which involves timely follow-up with the involved departments. **Main responsibilities: minimum experience: 1 to 3 years at least** Know and be able to demonstrate operation, installation, specification, and capacity of RGU products (rock support - ground support products). Establish contacts with end-user customers, rock mechanics, and supervisors involved in product installation. Perform pull-out tests on assigned customers coordinated by the product specialist. Know and execute the pull-out test protocol. Generate visit reports for each customer including observations made during the visit, pull-out test results, and corresponding recommendations. Ensure having the required equipment for each visit and test with assigned customers. Ensure optimal functioning of assigned tools. Provide field and classroom training to end users or operators on the installation of RGU products (support products). Conduct visits to key customers to provide technical advice and promote new products. Assist customers in evaluating new products and their consumables through field tests. Support the product specialist in monitoring and controlling inventory to update Forecast and TTM. Generate and present corresponding activity reports to the Product Specialist. Participate in internal and external training activities with customers. **Requirements** Requirements (general and specific knowledge): Technical degree or university degree in Geology, Mining, Geosciences, or related fields Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in similar roles providing technical support for ground support products (anchors, inserts, etc.) Intermediate to advanced English Type B driver's license (desirable) Driving experience in mines – standard 4x4 vehicle. Proficiency in Office software suite. Soft skills: organized, detail-oriented. Work Location (Office / Mine): Guerrero or State of Mexico. Work Type (On-site/Hybrid/Remote): On-site.
