**Title:** Organizational Design Consultant Requisition ID: 231796 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high\-performing culture. **Thank you for your interest in Scotiabank!** **Scotiabank is a Great Place To Work, apply now and become part of one of the best places to work in Mexico** ***Organizational Design Consultant*** Design and propose organizational structures for Scotiabank Financial Group that ensure proper segmentation and interrelation of functions, responsibilities, and authority relationships; contributing to the sustainable achievement of strategic objectives for each area, guaranteeing that all activities are carried out in accordance with current internal policies, regulations, and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose the internal and external environment that could affect the operational model of departments, identifying environmental, strategic, and technological variables impacting processes, in order to propose new organizational structures that support continuous improvement in departmental operations. * Define authority and responsibilities for teams, departments, and divisions, establishing necessary coordination levels and ensuring appropriate spans of control. * Determine staffing requirements for each area through modeling and analysis of productivity metrics and volume indicators to ensure operational model efficiency. * Monitor the implementation of analyzed and approved structures with Human Resources, tracking change execution and clarifying any questions that may arise, to provide a satisfactory experience for internal clients. * Maintain accurate control of staffing figures and their relationship between staffing and headcount. * Issue monthly organizational structures for the entire Scotiabank Financial Group, identifying relevant changes that occurred to keep DGAs and other functionally involved areas informed. * Participate in and provide advisory support for special projects focused on optimization, control, and monitoring of resources associated with processes and organizational structures, proposing solutions and improvement alternatives to enhance process and resource management efficiency. * Develop performance indicators for departments to identify actual team efficiency. **Experience** * Bachelor's degree in economics, administration, or industrial engineering. * At least 2 years of experience in process mapping, installed capacity measurement, performance evaluation, and process redesign. * 2 years of experience in business reengineering, process improvement, or consulting. * Proficiency in OrgPlus, Visio, and project management using JIRA Software. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office 365. **We Offer****:** * Direct indefinite contract with the bank. * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements.
