Thanks to our broad range of activities, we play a key role in organizing society collectively and shaping the living environment for citizens worldwide. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Comprehensively coordinate the technical and operational interfaces between different railway systems, ensuring proper communication, integration, and compliance with the technical, safety, and quality requirements established in projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the integration of technical interfaces between railway systems (civil, electromechanical, electrical, telecommunications, signaling, control, etc.). * Ensure that technical deliverables from each area comply with regulatory standards, safety, and interoperability requirements. * Manage coordination and follow-up meetings with contractors, suppliers, internal teams, and authorities. * Develop, review, and validate interface matrices, integration diagrams, and progress reports. * Implement project management methodologies to control timelines, risks, and achievement of objectives. * Resolve technical interface conflicts on site and propose corrective/preventive solutions. * Support technical audits, quality reviews, and system integration tests. **Requirements** **Requirements** * **Education:** Civil, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Telecommunications, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or related field. + Professional degree (apostilled if obtained abroad). + Valid professional license. * **Experience:** Minimum of **8 verifiable years** in coordinating technical and operational interfaces in railway projects (experience in metro, light rail, or passenger trains is desirable). * **Language:** Native or certified Spanish (DELE, SIELE or equivalent, minimum B2 CEFR level). * **Technical Knowledge:** + Railway systems (civil infrastructure, tracks, signaling, telecommunications, power, rolling stock). + Applicable international standards (EN, IEC, IEEE, AREMA, among others). + Interface management, PMI methodologies, Lean Construction or similar. + Management tools: MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira or equivalent. + Modeling and documentation: AutoCAD, BIM (Revit/Navisworks), advanced MS Office. * **Skills:** Leadership, negotiation, complex problem analysis, effective communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
