State Coordinator

**State Coordinator** · **Location:** Zacatecas (Municipalities: Mazapil, Concepción de Oro and Melchor Ocampo) · **Employment Type:** Full-time – project-based contract (12 months) · **Salary:** $12,000 MXN gross monthly **Position Description** We are seeking a person to join as the responsible party for connecting participants of a community development and economic strengthening program with institutional opportunities—such as public support programs, state or federal initiatives, financing mechanisms, and formalization processes. This role is critical to opening doors, unblocking processes, and supporting administrative procedures, thereby enhancing the sustainability of productive projects and expanding economic opportunities within the territory. The position is project-based, with an initial duration through December of this year, subject to extension depending on results and project operations. **Key Responsibilities** · Identify and maintain an updated mapping of relevant state and federal programs, support initiatives, and calls for proposals. · Establish and follow up on relationships with government agencies, public institutions, and key actors in the productive ecosystem. · Provide clear and accessible guidance to program participants regarding financing options, formalization pathways, and institutional support. · Support, where applicable, the preparation of files, applications, and required administrative procedures. · Conduct timely follow-up on management activities and document their outcomes. · Coordinate with the local team to identify projects with potential for institutional linkage. · Report progress, opportunities, and barriers identified during management processes. **Requirements** · Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Public Administration, Law, Regional Development or related fields. · Minimum 3 years of experience in public management, economic development programs, or institutional liaison. · Knowledge of the state and/or federal institutional ecosystem. · Ability to track administrative procedures and processes. · Availability to travel within the state of Zacatecas and nearby municipalities. · Preference will be given to candidates residing in the state of Zacatecas or nearby municipalities, as the role requires familiarity with the local context and ongoing coordination with territorial stakeholders. **What We Are Looking For** · Ability to solve problems, manage processes, and create opportunities. · Process organization and tracking skills. · Clear communication and a supportive, accompaniment-oriented approach. · Persistence and results-focused mindset. · Ethics, responsibility, and social commitment. **What We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of **$12,000 MXN**. * Direct experience in a high-impact social and community project. * Collaborative work with institutional and community stakeholders. * Continuous learning in public management and territorial development. * Opportunity to join an organization with extensive experience in economic and social strengthening.
