DE C.V. is seeking a Criminal Trial Attorney in Tangancícuaro, Michoacán de Ocampo** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Primary Purpose: Establish guidelines and procedures to ensure timely and proper delivery of contractual benefits to an insured upon purchasing legal expense coverage in their automobile insurance policy, when the driver and/or owner of the insured vehicle becomes involved in criminal and/or administrative proceedings for traffic-related offenses, as specified in the coverage terms; and guarantee the integrity and accuracy of information contained in the legal system, from the moment a case report is assigned to the criminal attorney until the conclusion of each handled case.
