Description We seek a creative, strategic, and results-oriented individual to lead the organization's digital and external communication. The role entails planning, executing, and optimizing strategies that strengthen our presence in digital and media environments, ensuring a consistent, up-to-date, and mission-aligned image. Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital communication, social media management, and/or institutional communication. Experience in creating digital content (social media, web, audiovisual). Knowledge of digital analytics and performance metrics. Experience in media relations and external communication (desirable). Strong writing, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and respond effectively to crisis situations. This role is critical for positioning the organization, generating audience engagement, and proactively managing institutional reputation. Key Responsibilities Communication Strategy and Management Design and implement digital and external communication strategies aligned with institutional objectives. Manage digital presence to maximize reach, interaction, and growth of online communities. Drive the organization’s positioning and recognition across media and digital platforms. Content Creation and Management Coordinate multi-platform content creation (social media, website, and emerging digital formats). Design and manage the digital content calendar. Ensure visual, narrative, and strategic consistency across all channels. Monitoring and Analysis Monitor and analyze content performance, campaigns, and media presence. Generate strategic reports and track key performance indicators. Identify reputational opportunities and risks. External Communication and Media Relations Manage relationships with media outlets and digital platforms. Coordinate inputs for spokespersons, press releases, press conferences, and media kits. Follow up on media activities and visibility opportunities. Digital Operational Management Continuously manage social media accounts and update websites. Publish content according to the established schedule. Respond to and route digital messages. Manage web content (text, images, microsites, and landing pages). Crisis Prevention and Management Implement digital crisis monitoring and prevention strategies. Identify and document critical or unfavorable mentions. Respond promptly in accordance with established protocols. Profile/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Design, Journalism, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience required in digital communication management, institutional social media handling, content creation, and web platform administration. Knowledge of communication strategies, digital writing, storytelling, metrics, and social media monitoring. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in design and audiovisual editing tools, as well as content management and digital advertising platforms. Experience in social, cultural, or community organizations is valued. Candidates must demonstrate organizational ability, creativity, analytical skills, collaborative work ethic, and adaptability to dynamic environments. Availability to perform duties outside regular office hours, occasional travel, and occasional coverage of institutional events or projects is required.
