Objective: Plan, evaluate, coordinate, manage, and supervise the defined implementation of electronic health records to fulfill end-user requirements and maintain optimal operation of deliverables specified in business technology architectures, as well as organize and supervise the work of specialized teams; promote continuous communication with leadership teams and jointly develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans. Responsibilities: * Establish communication channels, reports, and performance indicators for project management across its various phases * Ensure application configuration and availability, as well as proper functionality and reduction of incidents during testing and stabilization phases * Monitor, coordinate, and negotiate with application vendors * Optimally develop the work plan jointly with other involved departments to ensure hardware and software requirements are available by committed deadlines * Follow best practices for application development and implementation and comply with the use of new methodologies Requirements/Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or Information Technology * English proficiency * Willingness to travel and relocate to facilities * Experience in project administration, monitoring, and control methodologies * Revenue cycle management application experience (Cloud or Oracle ERP versions) * Intermediate Excel skills * 3 years of experience in similar positions Work Modality: Hybrid Location: Av.
