Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor from automotive dealerships to provide customer service, register service orders, and advise on vehicle maintenance at Renault Acapulco. Follow-up to ensure a positive experience and customer satisfaction. **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget · Car4u.** **Brand: Renault Acapulco** **Position: Service Advisor** **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience as a Service Advisor** at an automotive dealership or mechanical workshop. * Excellent **customer service and interpersonal skills**. * Technical degree (automotive, mechanical, or related field). * Basic proficiency with management systems (DMS), data entry, and service order preparation. * Effective communication, results orientation, and service mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive customers at the **workshop reception**, providing professional and friendly service. * Register and activate **service orders in the DMS**, ensuring customer data is accurate for billing and service history. * Accurately document customer requirements in the **repair order**. * Provide **maintenance and wear-and-tear pricing** in accordance with the single-price policy. * Build trust with customers through clear and professional advice on vehicle care and maintenance. * Monitor the service process to ensure a **positive experience** and full customer satisfaction. **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm * **Saturdays:** 9:00 am to 2:00 pm **We Offer:** * **$12,000 gross monthly salary** * Bonuses based on **performance targets** and **additional sales** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **Life insurance** * Job stability and growth opportunities within the group Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work Location: On-site employment
