**Die Design Engineer (presses)** Completed Engineering Proficient in Solidworks and AutoCAD Knowledge of Reverse Engineering Handling and knowledge of dies, tools, and spare parts Minimum 5 years of experience in Die Design (presses) Advanced English required **Main Responsibilities:** * All functions of this position are directed toward the design of Dies. * Standards and tolerances of dies. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports. * Consult with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures and provide technical information. * Investigate and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance of designs or applications. * Specify system components or directly modify products to ensure compliance with engineering design. * Investigate, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements by applying engineering principles. * Assist in the development of structural product designs using drafting tools or computer-aided design (CAD). * Provide scientific, technical, and mechanical expertise and advice to engineers regarding the development, testing, and maintenance of presses and associated heavy equipment to ensure advanced processes are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively. * Design, manufacture, and assemble new mechanical modifications of die components, such as tooling equipment, machine tools, and measuring instruments. * Establish and conduct tests of complete units and components under operating conditions to investigate design proposals for improving equipment performance or other factors through CAD software simulations to obtain data for development, standardization, and quality control. * Work on continuous improvement programs to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and defect-free products for our customers. * Maintain information in the design system or additional information related to the designs.
