




Job Summary: The Junior Product Engineer leads and manages the industrialization of new products, ensuring technical feasibility, profitability, and quality from conceptual design through to mass production. Summary The Junior Product Engineer assumes the critical responsibility of comprehensively leading and managing the New Product Industrialization phase, serving as the primary project leader and technical focal point within the organization. Their primary mission is to ensure technical feasibility, profitability, and compliance with quality standards (established under the APQP methodology) throughout the entire product lifecycle—from the initial conceptual design stage (where manufacturability is validated) to achieving stable, full-scale Mass Production (SOP). Responsibilities * Product feasibility assessment, confirmation of viability and manufacturability. * Leads APQP and Kick-off meetings. * PCL, specifications, drawings, norms, and standards. * Collaborates cross-functionally to plan products and ensure complete documentation on the shop floor. * APQP readiness. * Industrialization of new products. * Collects data, leads Run @ rate and pre-serial format execution. * Manages required project documentation, including feasibility confirmation and project nomination. * Supports all departments on technical product feasibility matters. Education / Qualifications * Industrial Engineering or related field. * Core tools, IATF 16949, APQP, and VDA. * Prior experience in industrialization, projects, or quality—minimum 2 years. * Problem-solving skills and adherence to procedures. * Intermediate English proficiency.
