Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state\-of\-the\-art vehicles across the world.**Job Responsibilities:** **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Technical high school diploma (desirable) **Experience:** 2 years in quality area and/or process quality **Knowledge:** * Conduct product and process audits, material testing in processes and finished products to ensure product quality according to customer specifications **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork Effective communication **Technical Competencies:** * Measuring equipment * Interpretation of FMEA and Control Plan * Acceptance criteria Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard **Main tasks and responsibilities:** * Verify first piece release at different stages of the process * Perform process audits at different manufacturing stages and on finished products, to ensure that quality system procedures are being executed. * Ensure identification of in-process material and finished product according to material identification procedure and, if necessary, provide feedback to appropriate personnel regarding findings due to identified discrepancies. * Carry out measurements, tests, and records according to those established in process audits and/or control plan * Follow up containment actions and corrective actions whenever there is a customer complaint (internal, external).
