We expect you to help eliminate any losses across various production stages. * **Production – Packaging:** Here you would work on finalizing our product packaging and loading it onto pallets. How? By working on the installation and commissioning of new equipment; conducting performance loss studies (on equipment, skills, organization); and identifying projects to achieve packaging line performance goals. * **Warehouse:** After manufacturing our product, the first logistical stop will be internal storage before shipping. You will manage space, time, and movement optimization projects to streamline operations. You will be the guardian of our internal controls and audit processes to ensure inventory is properly stored. * **Quality:** You must ensure consistent quality aligned with customer expectations, local laws, and P\&G guidelines. We validate all formulas and equipment before production and are responsible for investigating “non-conformances” to improve our processes and provide plant-wide training based on quality principles. * **Health, Safety, and Environment:** If you are passionate about sustainability, this area is for you.
