Procuring office stationery and supplies according to departmental needs. 10. Making timely and appropriate hotel and transportation reservations for your immediate supervisor, along with proper documentation. 11. Safeguarding and archiving your immediate supervisor’s confidential documents. 12. Safeguarding and managing the department’s inactive file archive. 13. Maintaining control and records of usage for branch office and administrative committee meeting rooms. 14.
