**Product Manager – Microsoft Services** **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Product Manager specialized in Microsoft solutions** to lead the consultative sales process for professional services focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid environments, and on\-premise solutions. You will work closely with distributors such as Ingram Mexico, developing migration, adoption, optimization, and technology security projects. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and develop opportunities for Microsoft professional services sales. * Qualify and manage the end\-to\-end consultative sales cycle. * Design value propositions aligned with Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, and security. * Collaborate with architects and technical teams to define scope and deliverables. * Maintain up\-to\-date CRM records and pipeline reporting. * Support technical and commercial proposals with the pre\-sales team. * Identify cross\-sell and up\-sell opportunities. * Continuously pursue Microsoft certifications and stay current with Microsoft trends. **Requirements:** * Age: 27 to 45 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum experience: 3 years as a Microsoft Product Manager * Certifications: Minimum MS\-900 and AZ\-900 * English: Intermediate * Technical knowledge of Microsoft solutions * CRM software proficiency * Preferred: Experience working with distributors or technology channel partners **Key Competencies:** Commitment, leadership, decision\-making, planning, organization, stress tolerance, results orientation, negotiation, customer focus, and perseverance. **Working Conditions:** * Contract: 100% formal * Salary: $30,000 to $32,000 gross monthly \+ commissions * Payment: Biweekly * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:30 * Benefits: Statutory benefits * Additional benefits: Preventive medical service * Personal vehicle: Desirable * Reports to: Director / Management * Hybrid work model Employment type: Full\-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $32,000\.00 per month Work location: Hybrid remote, 53398, El Parque, Méx.
