Join GRUPO ORVE as: Real Estate Concierge Objective Provide premium service to prospects and clients through guided tours of the company's real estate projects, aiming for the best possible experience throughout the journey while adhering to and following the established process. Required Experience • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, face-to-face customer service, or customer experience. • Basic English proficiency Knowledge and Skills: • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills. • Attention to detail and customer orientation. • English language (desirable). • Familiarity with the city. • Basic knowledge of the real estate market. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve problems. • Proactivity, empathy, and discretion. • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles. Operational Responsibilities • Transport and accompany clients from administrative offices to various ORVE projects. • Provide premium service to clients at offices or ORVE projects, ensuring a warm and professional experience. • Follow the company’s established process. • Pre-visit contact and post-visit follow-up for appointments. • Act as liaison between clients and other departments within the company. • Communicate with the person requesting the site visit. • Monitor and alert regarding vehicle needs. • Support other requests from the Area Manager or Coordinator. We Offer • Monthly take-home salary: $13,000.00 MXN. • Bi-monthly bonus: $3,000.00 MXN. • Statutory benefits. • Minor medical expense insurance. • Life insurance. • Additional benefits. • Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. • Work location: Col.
