Assist with technology asset inventory and control. **Job Description** A company in the **transportation** industry is looking for a **Technical Support Analyst** to provide basic technical support to internal users, ensuring the correct operation of equipment, systems, and technological tools used in operations. **Responsibilities** * Provide first-level technical support to internal users. * Handle and track hardware and software incidents. * Install and configure computers, printers, and peripherals. * Support Windows operating systems and Office / Microsoft 365 software. * Provide basic network support (connectivity, network printers, WiFi). * Manage user accounts and access rights (creation, deletion, and control). * Log and document incidents in the ticketing system. * Assist with technology asset inventory and control. **Requirements** * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of technical support experience (internships or social service may be accepted). * Basic knowledge of: * Windows 10/11 * Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 * Hardware and preventive maintenance * Basic networking (LAN, WiFi, IP) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
