Promoting a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement **Job Description: Training Instructor** **Job Objective** Deliver and evaluate training programs that strengthen employees' technical, operational, and behavioral competencies, ensuring proper knowledge transfer and contributing to talent development and achievement of organizational objectives (with specialization in HS Forklifts) **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver onboarding, technical, operational, and soft skills training courses. * Identify training needs jointly with leaders and key departments. * Design instructional materials, presentations, manuals, and learning assessments. * Conduct in-person training sessions. * Follow up on individual and group development plans. * Maintain updated training records and evidence of compliance. * Promote a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement. **Job Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a training instructor or facilitator. * Knowledge of teaching-learning methodologies. * Communication, facilitation, and group management skills. * Safe Operation of Forklifts **Key Competencies** * Effective communication * Planning and organization * Results orientation **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Training plan compliance. * Learning assessment and on-the-job application. * Reduction of operational errors due to training. **Work Relationships** * Internal: Human Resources, department leaders, employees. * External: Training providers (as applicable).
