Development of skills in fiber optics and working at heights **MISSION:** Assist the Splicing Technician in cable preparation, closure assembly, and on-site logistics, ensuring the splicing process is carried out cleanly, orderly, and efficiently. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Monthly Net Salary: $9,500 MXN. * Timely Payments: Weekly (every Monday) * Statutory Benefits from Day 1 (IMSS, Vacation, Year-End Bonus, Vacation Premium) and additional contributions to your AFORE account * You will learn to operate a fusion splicer and OTDR to advance to a Technician role in the short term * Training: Access to ongoing certifications in the sector. * Out-of-Town Projects: Daily food allowance of $200 MXN (average of $4,800 extra per month). * Accommodation: Free, fully equipped campsite with transportation included. * Tools: Full PPE and specialized tools **WHAT WE SEEK:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecommunications (preferably as a line crew assistant or installer). * Basic identification of hand tools and fiber optic materials. * No fear of heights and willingness to learn the trade for professional growth * Full availability for work hours and readiness to travel out-of-town as required by operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and cleaning of fiber optic cables (stripping and cleaving). * Assembly and sealing of splice closures (splice enclosures) and terminal boxes. * Assisting in organizing fibers within fusion trays. * Maintenance and cleaning of precision tools (cleavers, strippers). * Assisting with safety signage in the work area. * Working at heights and performing fiber optic construction. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber optic infrastructure; responding to emergencies. * Setting up, loading, and securing ladders according to assigned tasks. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM). **Out-of-Town Availability:** Flexible schedule based on project requirements. **Meeting Point:** Tlalnepantla Centro, State of Mexico. **Before applying, please note it is essential that you attend in person for 2 days in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico; afterward, you will work in Pachuca or other locations.
