Position: Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator At **Otra Era Inmobiliaria \& Construcción**, we are seeking a **Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator** with extensive experience in **construction materials**, responsible for coordinating the supply of our developments in the city of **Pachuca, Hidalgo**. **Work location:** Pachuca, Hidalgo **Schedule:** Mon\-Fri from 9:30AM to 6:00 PM, Sat from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM **Salary:** Negotiable based on experience **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and execute purchases of construction materials, supplies, and specialized services for projects. * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and terms with suppliers. * Validate purchase requisitions and purchase orders. * Supervise physical and administrative inventory control. * Manage material entries and exits at warehouses and storage facilities. * Coordinate material distribution to various development sites. * Prepare reports on purchases, inventories, and supply control. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and warehouse management within construction. * Knowledge of materials and suppliers in the construction industry. * Bachelor’s or engineering degree in administrative or construction-related fields (relevant). * Valid driver's license and ability to drive. * Intermediate Excel skills and experience with warehouse management systems (desirable). * Strong negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
