With 18 years of market experience, we have established a solid reputation in **Mexico City, Hidalgo, State of Mexico, and Morelos.** Thanks to our team's effort, we operate 2 corporate offices, 6 branches, 4 distribution centers, \+700 sub-distributors, and are present in renowned retail chains such as Palacio de Hierro. **GRUPO CELMI** is growing and we are currently seeking a **RECRUITER** to work at our corporate office located in **PACHUCA DE SOTO, HIDALGO.** **R E Q U I R E M E N T S:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field, with a strong understanding of psychological and organizational principles applied in the workplace. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in recruitment and selection processes, including the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and apply effective strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent. * **Experience handling vacancies across various levels and departments**, as well as using different job boards and recruitment platforms, optimizing candidate attraction and selection processes. **F U N C T I O N S:** * **Conduct strategic searches to fill vacant positions**, utilizing recruitment platforms such as **Computrabajo, Indeed, and social media**, along with proactive methodologies to anticipate the organization’s future talent needs. * **Design and execute comprehensive recruitment and selection processes**, including competency-based interviews, group dynamics, and pre-screening calls, ensuring a systematic approach aligned with organizational goals. * **Manage the administration of psychometric test batteries**, rigorously evaluating candidates’ skills, competencies, and personalities to ensure proper alignment with organizational culture and job requirements. * **Prepare and manage candidate files and hiring processes**, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, as well as compliance with legal and organizational human resources regulations. * **Generate weekly and monthly reports on the progress of recruitment and selection processes**, providing relevant information and analysis to support strategic decision-making by management. * **Use metrics and KPIs to create detailed reports**, identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment and selection process and proposing corrective actions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resources department. * **Request and verify professional and personal references**, ensuring a thorough analysis of candidates’ professional history and suitability to strengthen hiring decisions. * Coordinate **the request, follow-up, supervision, and release of students from various universities** for social service, professional internships, and training periods, ensuring an enriching experience that meets academic and organizational requirements. **W E O F F E R:** * You will receive **$10,500.00 gross per month**, a great start for your future! * You will have access to **IMSS** and **INFONAVIT**, as well as **VACATIONS, CHRISTMAS BONUS, AND VACATION BONUS.** * You will work **Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00,** and **Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00.** * **Enjoy your Sundays off!** Opportunities don't wait!
