**Position: Network Support Engineer** **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in network technical support. * **Knowledge:** Switches, wireless networks, telecommunications, network security, and diagnostic tools. * **Desirable certifications:** Extreme Networks * **Full availability to travel** to different states for equipment installation and maintenance (primarily Extreme switches). * **Skills:** Diagnosing complex issues, collaborative work, and customer orientation. **Main Responsibilities** * **Frequent travel to plants and sites across various states of the country for network installation and maintenance.** * Provide technical support in telecommunications and networking. * Monitor infrastructure, handle service tickets, and resolve incidents. * Diagnose and resolve technical failures. * Document procedures, configurations, and solutions. * Deliver technical training and advisory services to customers. * Configure switches (primarily Extreme). * Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and operational guides. **Education** * Computer Systems Engineering * Telecommunications Engineering * Intelligent Systems Engineering * Communications and Electronics Engineering * Network Engineering * Related fields (with network experience) **Benefits** * IMSS and statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonus starting from the sixth month * Continuous training and growth opportunities **Location** * Reside in **Pachuca** or **Mineral de la Reforma**, Hidalgo. **Contract** * Initial one-month probationary period and three-month training period. * Subsequently, possibility of an indefinite-term trust contract. * Salary commensurate with experience and specialization.
