**Job Description** ------------------------- Act as a promoter of the Safety Culture in cement plants, directly supporting the Safety and Health Advisor and executing specific activities for the implementation of the safety system, always fostering an environment of harmony and safety **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Understand and comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, as well as achieve CEMEX objectives (Quality, Environment, Safety and Health). * Ensure training of personnel under your supervision, facilitating access to information and training, and certifying such training. * Ensure the physical integrity of both personnel (direct and indirect) under your supervision and of the facilities, while respectfully using the environment and neighboring communities. * Promote Safety Culture through the establishment of programs, systems and procedures involving participation from all plant personnel. * Conduct safety inspections and audits in work areas. * Perform job-specific and operational risk analyses. * Document and track activities related to the implementation of the Integrated Management System. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Promote safety culture in cement plants in accordance with Corporate Safety Policy guidelines. * Implement the IMS within agreed timeframes and available resources. * Eliminate unsafe conditions in cement plants **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: Technical Degree / Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience: Minimum 6 months in Industrial Safety and Health Required Knowledge: * In-depth knowledge of OSHAS 18000 and industrial safety. * Leadership and stress tolerance.
