**Purpose of the Position** Design and develop visual content pieces and corporate materials for corporate projects and brands, supporting the execution of digital content, printed materials, and communication tools that underpin marketing, sales, and partnership activities—ensuring visual consistency, order, and graphic quality. **Main Responsibilities** **1. Graphic Design and Digital Visual Content** * Design of graphic assets for social media (posts, carousels, cover images). * Adaptation of designs to various digital formats and platforms. * Design of visual materials for podcasts, videos, and educational content. * Correct application of visual guidelines and brand manuals. * Organization and maintenance of files, templates, and visual libraries. **2. Support in Content Execution** * Visual support in executing content calendars. * Development of graphic assets for corporate, educational, and commercial content. * Visual adjustments and enhancements to existing materials. * Collaboration with the Marketing Coordination team to meet deadlines and deliverables. **3. Support for Campaigns and Advertising Materials** * Design and adaptation of visual creatives for digital campaigns. * Preparation of multiple graphic versions of advertisements. * Organization and delivery of visual materials for active campaigns. **4. Corporate Materials Design and Support for Sales and Partnerships** * Design of printed graphic materials for events, exhibitions, and in-person activities. * Development of service sheets, flyers, brochures, and commercial support materials. * Design of corporate presentations and visual documents for client and partner meetings. * Preparation of final files ready for printing or digital use. * Documentation of graphic assets (content catalog) **5. Basic Audiovisual Support (Desirable)** * Basic support in short video editing or simple animations. * Preparation of visual assets for reels, clips, or informative videos. **Academic Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (in progress or completed). **Required Experience** * 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or visual content, or a strong portfolio. * Proficiency in Canva and at least one professional design tool (Illustrator or Photoshop). * Experience working in organized work environments (desirable). **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Discipline regarding deadlines. * Ability to work within established guidelines. * Clear communication and teamwork. * Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
