




**Job Description:** **School Records Administrator**. **Responsibilities:** * Manage student enrollment, re-enrollment, and withdrawal processes. * Enter and verify grades in the corresponding platforms. * Prepare and issue official letters, certificates, transcripts, and other documents. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital academic records. * Address inquiries and process school-related requests from students, parents, and teachers. * Coordinate reports and procedures with educational authorities. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in administrative, education, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles (preferably in schools). * Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel). * Familiarity with educational platforms (CONEST).
