Job Responsibilities * Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials according to established procedures. * Verify quantity, part number, and quality of materials against purchase orders or shipping documents. * Record and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or ERP software. * Store materials in designated locations, following safety and organization guidelines. * Prepare and issue materials for production per requests and manufacturing schedules. * Perform cycle counts and participate in physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. * Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or stackers (if applicable and certified). * Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality issues. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Comply with company policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures. Job Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (preferred but not required). * Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions in Spanish. * Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting objects (up to 25 kg), bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. * Basic computer skills for data entry and use of inventory systems. * Attention to detail and work accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Certification to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) is a plus. * Availability to work shifts and overtime as needed.
