




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR leader to design, implement, and structure the HR function, developing talent, recruitment, and organizational culture strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Advise senior management on strategic personnel decisions HR Department Creation and Structuring * Design and implement the **Human Resources department from scratch**. * Define **HR processes, policies, and procedures**. * Create **organizational structure, job descriptions, and organizational charts**. 2\. Strategic Talent Planning * Develop **talent attraction and retention strategies**. * Analyze staffing needs based on business growth. * Generate **HR metrics and KPIs** to support decision-making. 3\. Recruitment and Selection * Lead recruitment processes for **operational, administrative, and mid-level staff**. * Develop **sector-specific attraction strategies for the grocery and retail industry**. 4\. Organizational Culture and Development * Implement programs for **workplace climate, training, and development**. * Create **employee engagement and retention strategies**. 5\. Personnel Administration * Oversee **hiring, personnel files, attendance incidents, and labor compliance**. * Ensure adherence to **current Mexican labor regulations**. 6\. Business Decision-Making Participation * Advise senior management on **strategic personnel-related decisions**. * Propose improvements in **organizational structure, team productivity, and leadership**. **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience** * 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience **building or structuring HR departments**. * Experience in **grocery, retail, consumer goods, or distribution companies**. * Experience in **strategically impactful or decision-making roles**. **Knowledge** * Recruitment and selection * Organizational development * Organizational culture * HR metrics * Mexican labor legislation * HR process structuring Salary: Starting at $25,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
