Experience managing unionized personnel **Warehouse Supervisor** Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree and/or engineering degree (Diploma and Professional License). * Minimum 2 years of experience in companies within the same industry. * Experience managing unionized personnel. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Proficiency in SAP/Packaging Office. Responsibilities: * Receive products from the plant. * Perform warehouse activities. * Conduct physical inventory counts in the warehouse and on routes. * Coordinate the picking process. * Coordinate route loading. * Manage delivery routes. * Coordinate container classification. * Inventory management. * Shrinkage control.
