C.p. 42980 RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in the coordination and receipt of product loading schedules * Assist in reviewing load schedules with the importer. * Provide support during load management at the terminal where imported or national diesel is being withdrawn * Assist during the receipt of delivery notes and invoice follow-up from the supplier. * Document vehicles loading imported diesel destined for the various group plants. * Verify supplier prices and discounts for controlling imported diesel purchases. * Follow up on invoicing with administrative assistants at destination plants.
