Dynamic and collaborative work environment Restaurant seeking to fill the Grill Cook position Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes according to established standards * Reheat sauces and stock the production station * Maintain area cleanliness Dishes prepared include enchiladas, meats, eggs, omelets, etc. Shifts are **ROTATING**: **6:00 AM to 3:00 PM** and **2:45 PM to 11:30 PM**, Monday through Sunday, with midweek days off.
