What you will do (impact and responsibilities)
**1\) Contracts and documents (end-to-end)**
* Drafting, reviewing, and closing: installment sales with reservation of ownership, amendment agreements, *addenda*, termination agreements, fixed-price and time-bound construction contracts, cabin delivery–acceptance, service provision, and contracts with contractors/suppliers.
* Standardized nomenclature, *versioning*, and traceability.
**2\) Municipal and regulatory procedures**
* Renewal and acquisition of permits (construction, operation, etc.).
* Efficient coordination with Cadastre, Urban Development, and Public Registry.
**3\) Notarial deeds and notary coordination**
* Clear client pathway, requirements checklist, budget submission.
* Coordination with notaries and government agencies; milestone tracking up to signing.
* Associated procedures (e.g., CFE utility contract).
**4\) Document governance**
* Custody and organization of physical and digital files by development.
* Control matrices, repositories, version control, and internal audits.
**5\) Internal and external customer service**
* Resolving inquiries, risk prevention, and case support.
* Operational liaison with sales, projects, collections, and customer service.
**6\) Compliance and risk prevention**
* Early warnings, meeting minutes, internal policies, and usage guidelines.

Essential requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, certified with professional license.
* Proven experience in **civil and notarial law** (real estate/construction preferred).
* Mastery of **civil and commercial contracts** (listed above).
* Experience coordinating **notarial deeds** with notaries and government agencies.
* Operational knowledge of **municipal procedures** (permits, licenses, renewals).
* **Flawless writing skills**, legal judgment aligned with business objectives.
* Advanced proficiency in **PDF/signatures/scanning** and document repositories.
