




**JOB PROFILE – LOGISTICS MANAGER** **Position Objective** Ensure the organization's logistical process in order to comply with traceability and distribution of Medical Devices. **Specific Job Functions** * Calculate volume for bulk or palletized orders to determine the unit in which delivery will be made * Verify delivery location, invoice expiration date, and amounts * Ensure invoices are organized by routes * Ensure timely and proper processing of vehicle permits with federal and state authorities to allow unrestricted movement of vehicles * Ensure physical and digital records for vehicles and drivers are complete and up to date * Generate and monitor purchase orders for payment of permits, fines, and vehicle authorizations **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related field * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in healthcare, specialized transportation, or medical devices * Proficiency with logistics systems and ERP * Control of requisitions and purchase orders **Competencies and Skills** * Operational and strategic leadership * Planning and decision-making * Professional ethics and organizational commitment * Effective communication * Teamwork * Adaptability in regulated environments * Results orientation * Analytical skills and continuous improvement Availability to work in Chalco, State of Mexico, Monday through Saturday Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site
