




**Job Description** We are seeking a **Private Security Trainer** with strong verbal communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and a passion for teaching. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering basic and ongoing training to operational staff (security guards), ensuring proper understanding of instructions, procedures, and company values. **Prior experience is not required**, as we will provide training. Ideal for individuals with strong communication and leadership skills, and a vocation for instruction. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver onboarding and basic training courses to new hires. * Clearly and simply explain instructions, operational procedures, and internal policies. * Support in-person and/or on-site training sessions. * Address staff questions regarding their duties. * Conduct basic assessments of trainees’ understanding of the topics covered. * Support reinforcement and updating talks. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in business or administrative fields. * **Strong verbal communication skills and fluency in speaking.** * Confidence when speaking in front of groups. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment. * Experience in training or security **not required**. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Job stability. * Opportunities for growth within the company.
